A: Yes. Send us brand, model, year, and config (halogen or LED, LHD or RHD, AFS or non-AFS). We check against actual install records. If we haven't tested that exact combination, we'll say so rather than guess and have you deal with a return.

Q: How fast can you ship?

A: In-stock models: 1-3 days from our warehouse. Less common models: 5-7 days. DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight (FCL & LCL) all available. Trade terms: FOB / CIF / EXW. If your address is in a remote area with high surcharges, let us know - we'll find the best rate or suggest an alternative route.

Q: Does the price include duties and taxes?

A: Our prices are FOB/CIF and do not include destination duties or taxes. Import charges follow your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility. We provide full export documentation for customs clearance. If you need help estimating landed cost, tell us the destination and we'll give you a reference.

Q: What's the MOQ?

A: 1 unit. Mixed models in one order - fine. Trial orders encouraged. We'd rather you test us on 1 pair and come back than commit to 50 and be disappointed.

Q: What if a product has issues? What's your return policy?

A: Send photos and a short video. Our technician - not a customer service agent - reviews it within 24 hours. Installation issue = free guidance. Manufacturing defect = replacement or refund, no argument. 12-month warranty on defects. Returns accepted within 15 days in original packaging. For shipping damage: inspect the package on delivery - if the carton is damaged, refuse it, take photos, and contact us. We handle damage claims directly.

Q: I resell online. Can you support that?

A: That's most of our partners. We provide listing-ready photos (real product shots, not renders - watermark-free versions available on request), accurate fitment data, and technical answers you can forward to your buyers. Our after-sales support keeps your return rate down. Your customers don't come back to complain, you keep ordering. That's how this works.

Q: Volume pricing for distributors?

A: Yes. Tiered pricing by volume. For regular partners: dedicated stock allocation and priority restocking on your top models. Custom packaging, neutral labels, or specific shipping marks - tell us in advance. Send us your monthly volume and model list, we'll put a supply plan together.
