1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper installation.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, CarPlayLux will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos or videos showing the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  • Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
